Our first ever allotments show was held on Sunday 11th September 2002.
We did it in style with a marquee and show benches, vases and plates.
Twenty plot holders and their families took part, bringing over 80 exhibits for our very own RHS judge, Mr Brian Ruskin, to decide upon.
By 2pm the results were in and an excited crowd rushed into the marquee to see who had won prizes.
Win or lose a great time was had by all and a new event for the calendar was created.
